HEALTH AND WELLNESS POLICY

UPDATE 11/27: If your dog is experiencing upper respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, nasal or ocular discharge), lethargy, or fever within the last fourteen days, please let us know prior to your appointment. These are signs that your dog may have a contagious and potentially serious illness. Please speak with your vet for more information.

Cooperation Canine is committed to preserving the health and wellness of our team and your family. At our clinic space, each room is wiped down, vacuumed, and has its floors mopped between clients.

That being said, if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please let us know ahead of your appointment time. This applies to your dog as well. If they are sick or injured, or have experienced high levels of stress like vet visits or grooming, working may be an added stressor. You will never be charged a cancellation fee for rescheduling due to unforeseen events like these.

With the opening of our new behavior clinic, we are now asking that clients send us an up to date copy of their dogs' vaccination records. We require that all dogs over the age of 16 weeks have had their rabies and DHPP vaccines and a negative fecal test.
